Mazzer

Mazzer was founded in 1948 in Scorze, near Venice, Italy by Luigi Mazzer and remains independently family-owned into its third generation. Mazzer invented the stepless collar grind adjustment now standard across the industry, manufactures its own burrs in-house, and is known for the Super Jolly, one of the most widely used commercial grinders in coffee history.
