30-Day Return Window
You may request a return for any reason within 30 days of receiving your order.
To begin a return, email us at sales@coffeecraftsupply.com with your order number. Our team will provide the return address and instructions.
Return Shipping Costs

Non-defective items: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. Return labels are not included in the box.

Damaged, defective, or incorrect items: Coffee Craft Supply will provide a prepaid return label if a return is required.
All returns must be authorized by our team before being shipped back.
Condition Requirements
To qualify for a refund, items must be returned in “Like New” condition, including:

All original packaging

Manuals and accessories

All included components
Items showing wear, damage, or missing materials are not eligible for refund.
Refund Processing Time
Once your return is received and inspected, we will email you with approval or rejection of the refund.

Approved refunds are processed within 5-7 business days.

Refunds are issued to your original payment method.

Your bank or card provider may require additional time to post the credit.
Damaged or Defective Items
If your order arrives damaged:

Note the damage with the carrier during delivery, if possible.

Take clear photos of the damage immediately.

Email photos to sales@coffeecraftsupply.com the same day.
We will arrange a replacement and provide a prepaid return label if needed.
Order Cancellations

Orders canceled before shipment receive a full refund.

Orders canceled after shipment follow our standard 30-day return policy and may require the customer to cover return shipping.
Non-Returnable Items
Some items may have specific restrictions depending on the manufacturer. Any product-specific exceptions will be listed on the product page.
The following items are not eligible for return:

Items purchased for “one-time use” (trade shows, events, promotional purposes)
Exchanges
We do not offer traditional exchanges.
