30-Day Return Window
You may request a return for eligible items for any reason within 30 days of receiving your order.
To initiate a return, please email sales@coffeecraftsupply.com with your order number. Our team will provide return authorization, the return address, and detailed instructions.
Unauthorized returns sent without prior approval will not be accepted or refunded.
Return Shipping Costs

Non-defective items:
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. Return labels are not included with orders. -
Damaged, defective, or incorrect items:
Coffee Craft Supply will provide a prepaid return label if a return is required.
We do not charge restocking fees on approved returns.
Condition Requirements
To qualify for a refund, returned items must be in “Like New” condition, including:

All original packaging

Manuals, accessories, and documentation

All included components
Items that show signs of use, damage, alteration, or missing materials may be refused or subject to a partial refund at our discretion.
Refund Processing
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you by email of approval or rejection.

Approved refunds are processed within 5–7 business days

Refunds are issued to the original payment method

Your bank or card issuer may require additional time to post the credit
Damaged or Defective Items
If your order arrives damaged or defective:

Note the damage with the carrier at delivery, if possible

Take clear photos immediately

Email the photos to sales@coffeecraftsupply.com on the same day of delivery
We will arrange a replacement or refund and provide a prepaid return label if required.
Order Cancellations

Before shipment: Orders canceled prior to shipment receive a full refund

After shipment: Orders canceled after shipment follow the standard 30-day return policy and may require the customer to cover return shipping costs
Non-Returnable Items
Some items may have manufacturer-specific restrictions. Any product-level exceptions will be clearly noted on the product page.
The following items are not eligible for return:

Certified pre-owned or used products

Items purchased for one-time use (e.g., trade shows, events, promotional purposes)
Exchanges
We do not offer traditional exchanges.
If you need a different item, please submit a return request for the original purchase and place a new order.
