Order Processing & Handling Times
Orders placed before 5:00 PM EST (Mon–Fri) begin processing the same business day.
Orders placed after 5:00 PM or on weekends/holidays process the next business day.
Most products are shipped directly from our U.S.-based manufacturer or distribution partners.

If an item is back-ordered or requires longer handling, we will notify you before capturing payment.

Order Confirmation
Immediately after placing your order, you will receive an order confirmation email acknowledging receipt of your order and payment authorization.
In some cases, payment authorization may occur at checkout, with final capture occurring once the order is confirmed in stock and ready to ship. Once payment is captured, fulfillment begins.
Damages
Please inspect your packaging upon delivery. If any damage is visible:

Note it with the driver when signing, or refuse delivery.

If you accept delivery, take clear photos of all damaged packaging and items.
Please email your photos to sales@coffeecraftsupply.com and submit a return claim through our Returns page. We will assist you promptly.
